A NOTE FROM ME TO YOU...
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!! We're in the third -ber month (somehow?!). It's November and I don't know how we got here, but we're here and it's CHRISTMAS TIME! Maybe you're not a "fall asleep in a Halloween sugar coma, wake up to Mariah Carey's All I Want For Christmas" kind of human, but that's the mood I will carry with me for life and I have no shame about it lol.
In other news:
-We celebrated our third wedding anniversary on the 23rd and we went to dinner at one of our fave Cincinnati restaurants, PrimaVista.
-We spent some time in Pittsburgh in October. Usually we're only there for family things, but we decided to do some tourist-ing. We went to Fallingwater, the National
Aviary, walked all over downtown, did a food tour, and hiked at Ohiopyle - with perfect weather the whole time.
-November brings time with family, Dan's annual guys trip, and lots of annual holiday fun!
I hope you have a happy thanksgiving season, think about all the things we have to be sososo grateful for, and know that one of those things for me is YOU.

Inching Along, But I Need Your Help...!
Our current trip opportunity to earn is A CRUISE TO GREECE & TURKEY!!! I probably haven't told most people, but I've dreamt of going to the coast of Greece since I knew it existed and so this is LITERALLY a dream trip. I'll be kicking ass and taking names through the end of February to secure my spot on the boat!

Master scent-scaping for large spaces: tips and tricks
Large spaces like ceremony halls, banquet rooms, theaters and great rooms are where we gather for key life moments. But these spaces can sometimes feel cold and impersonal. Fragrance makes large spaces feel more inviting and cozier by creating sensory experiences tied to emotion. Use scent-scaping β strategically layering fragrance to transform spaces β to fill large rooms with scent and create connection.
The Challenges
Scenting a large space is no easy feat. BONUS: One of my all time favorite books (and one of her OG three, which are different than her current style) is The Love That Split the Worldβ
Currently EATING:
One of my (and Dan's) favorite fall/winter meals is this Chicken Pot Pie Soup. It's so cozy and comforting. And holy cow, the flavor! Plus, it's all the joys of pot pie without having to make a crust lol. We put the biscuits in the bottom of the bowl and pour everything on top. SO YUM! You can add any veggies you want (sometimes we also add green beans and corn - I just use part of a bag of frozen veggies for mine!). And I sub 1/2+1/2 for the heavy cream to be a LITTLE bit healthier.
CURRENTLY BAKING:
Because you'll need something to eat with that crustless pot pie soup, you'll need my all time favorite easy peasy (but makes you feel like a super baker) biscuit recipe - Flaky Mile High Biscuits!
The way they're perfectly buttery, crumbly yet soft and fluffy, and the RISE! It truly makes you feel like you're an awesome baker. Plus they're freaking DELICIOUS! And only take about 40 minutes from start to finish! They're why I always keep some buttermilk in my fridge, and you won't regret trying them!
